Information Sharing

We share limited information between buyers and sellers to fulfil transactions (e.g., delivery address shared with seller, seller's phone number shared for WhatsApp inquiry). We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with payment processors (Razorpay, PhonePe) as required.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption, hashed passwords (bcrypt), and CSRF protection. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Cookies

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and to remember cart contents. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at privacy@eggtrader.com. Account deletion requests are processed within 7 business days.

Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Transaction records are retained for 7 years for accounting purposes.
