Acceptance

By registering on EggTrader, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

User Accounts

You must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. One account per person or business entity is permitted.

Sellers

Sellers must list only genuine, accurately described products. Misrepresentation of quantity, quality, or grade is prohibited and may result in account suspension. Sellers are responsible for fulfilling confirmed orders in a timely manner.

Buyers

Buyers must make payment as agreed at checkout. Fraudulent chargebacks or false dispute claims will result in account suspension and legal action.

NECC Pricing

Market-linked prices are automatically updated from NECC daily rates. EggTrader is not responsible for fluctuations in NECC rates. Sellers may set a premium above the base NECC rate.

Platform Commission

EggTrader charges a platform commission of 2.5% on completed transactions. This is deducted before seller payouts are processed.

Disputes

Buyers may raise disputes within 48 hours of delivery for genuine quality or fulfillment issues. EggTrader will mediate disputes and its decision is final. Frivolous disputes are prohibited.

Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited: spam, fake reviews, price manipulation, impersonation, listing illegal goods, off-platform transactions to avoid fees, and harassment of other users.

Limitation of Liability

EggTrader is a marketplace platform and is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers. We are not liable for product quality, delivery failures by third-party logistics, or losses arising from price fluctuations.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
